12.20.19…..Happy Friday, everyone! Christmas Day is literally just around the corner, and…..it’s already time for another TGIF Challenge! This week, we have a super fun challenge for you…..Use Your Favorites! That’s right, my stampin’ friends, choose your favorite product(s) from the 2019 Holiday Catalog, and…..just go crazy!!! Since I pretty much love everything in the catalog, I’m super excited about this challenge! I hope you have a chance to play along with us this week, over at TGIF Challenges. We would love to see what you create!
For this card, I used the Pinewood Planks 3D Embossing Folder along with some Whisper White Cardstock, and adhered it to a Whisper White Thick Cardstock Base. I then added two pieces of the Let It Snow Designer Series Paper, as well as a smaller piece of Whisper White Cardstock (embossed with the Subtle 3D Embossing Folder).
I used the Snowman Builder Punch to punch out three sparkly snowmen from the Let It Snow Designer Series Paper. I just love how the Snowman Builder Punch coordinates with several of the images from the DSP! I popped up the snowmen with a few Stampin’ Dimensionals, and added their little twig arms by stamping the twigs with my Tuxedo Black Memento Pad, and punching them out with the Snowman Builder Punch. For some extra special sparkle, I cut out a few Silver Glimmer snowflakes, using one of the Christmas Layers Dies.
The sentiment, from the Let It Snow Bundle, was heat-embossed on Basic Black Cardstock (using my Versamark Pad and White Stampin’ Emboss Powder), and popped up with a few Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals. I used the Let It Snow Embellishment Kit to add the little scarf, hats, and mittens. Tucked underneath the mittens is a bit of Whisper White Baker’s Twine. For just a bit more bling, I sprinkled on a few Iridescent Sequins.
