For this card, I started with some Basic White Thick Cardstock, and embossed it with the Distressed Tile 3D Embossing Folder. I also used one of the Scalloped Contours Dies to add a border along the left edge, then used Stampin’ Dimensional to adhere the entire panel to a Basic White Thick Cardstock base.
To create the watercolor-look balloons I used a Blending Brush to lightly add Melon Mambo to some Basic White Thick Cardstock, and then used a Water Painter to splatter water droplets. After I dried the paper with a Heat Tool, I used the Beautiful Balloons Dies to cut out the balloons. I also used the same die to cut out a few balloons from More Dazzle Specialty Paper. I then used Stampin’ Dimensionals to pop up each balloon.
The sentiment (from the Light the Sky Stamp Set) was heat-embossed on Basic Black Cardstock, using my Versamark Pad and White Stampin’ Emboss Powder. For a bit of bling, I sprinkled on Adhesive-Backed Glitter Sequins, Pastel Adhesive-Backed Sequins and Iridescent Rhinestone Basic Jewels.
