For this card, I started with Basic White Thick Cardstock, embossed it with the Distressed Tile 3DEmbossing Folder, and adhered it to a Pretty Peacock Cardstock base.
To create the background, I heat-embossed the little flower (from the Thoughtful Expressions Stamp Set) several times on Crumb Cake Cardstock, using my Versamark Pad and White Stampin’ Emboss Powder. To color in the flowers, I used the following Stampin’ Blends Combo Packs…..Pretty Peacock, Mossy Meadow, and Pecan Pie.
I then used a Water Painter, along with White Craft Ink, to splatter droplets, and thoroughly dried the paper with a Heat Tool. After I layered some Basic White Thick Cardstock underneath, I used Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere the entire panel to the card base.
The sentiment (from the Thoughtful Expressions Stamp Set) was heat-embossed on Basic White Thick Cardstock, using my Versamark Pad and Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder. Tucked underneath the sentiment is some White Baker’s Twine (with a few threads pulled out) and Natural Wavy Trim. For a bit of bling, I sprinkled on several Blooming Pearls.
