07.04.2024…..Happy 4th of July, my stampin’ friends! Definitely a last minute project, but I made the two little 3″ x 3″ patriotic cards earlier today, using the Country Flowers Bundle. Hope these cards inspire you to create a few patriotic-themed cards or projects, as well!
For both cards, I started with a Blueberry Bushel Cardstock base (3-3″ x 3″). I then added a piece of Country Woods Designer Series Paper. The next layer was created with the Exposed Brick Embossing Folder, along with some Basic White Thick Cardstock.
I used the Country Flowers Bundle to stamp the flowers, bucket, and teapot, using my Tuxedo Black Memento Pad. The flowers were stamped on Basic White Thick Cardstock. I colored the flowers with the following Stampin’ Blends Marker Combo Packs…..Poppy Parade, Granny Apple Green, Balmy Blue, and Blueberry Bushel. The bucket and teapot were stamped on Country Woods DSP. All of the images were cut out with the coodinating dies from the Country Flowers Bundle.
The sentiments (from the Unbounded Love and Simply Said Stamp Sets) were stamped on Basic White Thick Cardstock, using my Tuxedo Black Memento Ink Pad.
To add some extra textue, I used Black & Very Vanilla Large Check Ribbon, For a bit of bling, I sprinkled on embellishments from theTinsel Gems Four-Pack and Iridescent Pearl Basic Jewels.
