07.14.2024…..Happy Sunday, my stampin’ friends! One of my favorite things to do is to create colorful watercolored paper, and then use it to die cut different little pieces and shapes. Today, I used a Water Painter to add Granny Apple Green, Summer Splash, and Azure Afternoon to Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper. I then used a couple of the Country Birdhouse Dies to cut out the little flowers. Hope this card inspires you to add of bit of watercoloring and diecutting to your cards and projects, too!

For this card, I started with Basic White Thick Cardstock, embossed it with the Dashing Designs 3D Embossing Folder, and used Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere it to a Basic White Thick Cardstock base.
To create all of the little flowers, I used a Water Painter (filled with water) to add Granny Apple Green, Summer Splash, and Azure Afternoon to Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper. After I dried the paper with a Heat Tool, I used a couple of the Country Birdhouse Dies to cut out the little flowers. I then popped up all of the flowers with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.
The sentiment (from the Country Flowers Stamp Set) was heat-embossed on Basic Black Cardstock, using my Versamark Pad and White Embossing Powder. For a bit of bling, I sprinkled on embellishments from the Adhesive-Backed Shiny Sequins, Tinsel Gems Three-Pack, and Pastel Adhesive-Backed Sequins (recently retired).
Wishing you creativity always,
