autumn leaves…

09.09.2024…..Happy Monday, my stampin’ friends! Today, I’m sharing a few more autumn-themed projects, using the Autumn Leaves Dies, along with an unexpected color combo. I used Blending Brushes to add Pretty in Pink and Petal Pink to Basic White Thick Cardstock, added some speckling with an Early Espresso Stampin’ Write Marker, then cut out the leaves. Hope these projects you to create some autumn-themed projects using one of your favorite color combos, too.

For this card, I started with some Basic White Thick Cardstock, embossed it with the Distressed Tile 3D Embossing Folder, tore off the bottom right corner. After I added some Country Woods Designer Series Paper underneath, I popped up the entire panel with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

To create the leaves for each of the three projects, I used Blending Brushes to add Pretty in Pink and Petal Pink to Basic White Thick Cardstock, and added some speckling with an Early Espresso Stampin’ Write Marker. I then cut out the leaves with the Autumn Leaves Dies. For the stems, I used Blending Brushes to add Pecan Pie and Pebbled Path to some Basic White Cardstock. I then added some speckling with a Dark Pebbled Path Stampin’ Write Marker, then cut out the stems with the Autumn Leaves Dies.

To create the tag, I used one of the Countryside Corners Dies. I cut out one tag from the Country Woods DSP, and another one from Basic White Thick Cardstock (which I embossed with the Distressed Tile 3D Embossing Folder).

The sentiments (from the Everyday Greetings and Simply Said Stamp Sets) for all three projects were heat-embossed on Basic White Thick Cardstock, using my Versamark Pad and Gold Embossing Powder.

To create the bows for all three projects, I used Petal Pink Diagonal Trim (cut in half lengthwise). To create a “fringe” look to the ribbon, I pulled out most of the threads. I also used White Baker’s Twine (with a few of the threads pulled out). For a bit of bling, I sprinkled on embellishments from the Adhesive-Backed Sequins Trio and Iridescent Foil Gems.

Wishing you creativity always,
