12.05.2024….Happy Thursday, my stampin’ friends! I absolutely love the Decorative Trees Dies, and I’ve been having so much fun creating lots of festive projects with them! For this card, I used Melon Mambo ink in the background to make the tree really pop! Hope this card inspires you to create a fun and festive card or project, as well!

For this card, I started with Basic White Thick Cardstock, and cut out two different rectangles with the Deckled Rectangle Dies. I embossed the larger rectangle with the Distressed Tile 3D Embossing Folder. On the smaller rectangle, I used a Blending Brush to add Melon Mambo Ink, and then added speckling with a Water Painter and White Craft Ink.
To create the tree, I used a Water Painter to add Granny Apple Green and Coastal Cabana to Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper. I then used one of the Decorative Trees Dies to cut out the tree. For the top layer of the tree, I used another one of the Decorative Trees Dies, along with Basic White Thick Cardstock and an Adhesive Sheet.
The sentiment (from the Greetings of the Season Stamp Set) was heat-embossed on Basic White Thick Cardstock, using my Versamark Pad and Gold Embossing Powder. For an sparkly bit of texture, I used Gold 1/8″ Trim, and shredded it apart. To add a bit of bling, I used Iridescent Pearl Basic Jewels, Iridescent Faceted Gems, and Adhesive-Backed Shiny Sequins.
Wishing you creativity always
