01.10.2025…..Happy Friday, my stampin’ friends! It’s already time for another TGIF Challenge! We are so glad you are joining us this week’s “Sketch Challenge”! Sketch challenges are one of my faves, and are always a great way to get that creativity flowing.
For my card, I wanted to create something neutral, but with a bit of a shimmer, and the Nature’s Sweetness Specialty Designer Series Paper was just perfect for that. I also used the Nested Essential Dies, Greetings of the Season Dies, and Textured Florals Dies. Hope this card inspires you to create a card or project, using this week’s challenge!
For this card, I started with some Basic White Thick Cardstock, embossed it with the Distressed Tile 3D Embossing Folder, and adhered it to a Basic White Thick Cardstock base. Next, I added a strip of the Nature’s Sweetness DSP, and used one of the Nested Essentials Dies to cut out a square of the same DSP. For some extra detail, I used one of the Textured Florals Dies to cut out two branches from Basic White Thick Cardstock.
The sentiment was heat-embossed on Gray Granite Cardstock, using my Versamark Pad and White Embossing Powder, and then cut it out with one of the Greetings of the Season Dies. To add a bit of texture, I added a Gold Twisted Thread bow. For a bit of bling, I sprinkled on Neutrals Adhesive-Backed Sequins and Iridescent Pearl Basic Jewels.
