a friend like you…

01.12.2025…..Happy Sunday, my stampin’ friends! One of my favorite things to do is combine products and images from different stamp sets and bundles. For this card, I used the Elements of Text for the background, the Winterly Tree Tops Stamp Set for the sentiment, and the Country Flowers Dies for the flowers and leaves. Hope these cards inspire you to combine some of your favorite products, as well!

For this card, I used on of the Spotlight on Nature Dies to cut out a circle from Basic White Thick Cardstock. I then used another one of the Spotlight on Nature Dies to cut out the frame. To create the background behind the frame, I used my Gray Granite Classic Stampin’ Pad to stamp the image (from the Elements of Text Stamp Set) on Basic White Thick Cardstock. I also added some quick strokes of color, using a Light Petal Pink Stampin’ Blends Marker. Next, I used Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere the entire panel to a Petal Pink Cardstock base.

To create the flowers, I used Blending Brushes to add Petal Pink, Pretty in Pink, and Soft Sea Foam to Basic White Thick Cardstock. I also added some speckling with an Early Espresso Stampin’ Write Marker. I then used the Country Flowers Dies to cut out the flowers and leaves. Tucked underneath are a few Basic White Thick Cardstock branches, created with one of the Textured Florals Dies.

The sentiment (from the Winterly Tree Tops Stamp Set) was heat-embossed on Gray Granite Cardstock, using my Versamark Pad and White Embossing Powder. For a bit of bling, I sprinkled on Iridescent Pearl Basic Jewels and Petal Pink Foiled Gems.

Wishing you creativity always
