To create this card, I used another Sale-A-Bration item as well….the Bubbles & Fizz Designer Series paper (FREE with an order of $50 or more). I used the Bermuda Bay and Calypso Coral combo to color the “happy” stamp with a two-tone effect. To finish the card, I used little ribbon, a delicate white doily, and of course a bit of bling!
