’tis the season…

In the Woods - Tis the Season by Tammy C. Wilson

12.18.18….. It’s hard to believe that Christmas Day will be here in just one week!  Since past few weeks have just flown by, I decided that I’d try to squeeze in a few more holiday cards while I can.   So here you go, my Stampin’ friends…

I layered a piece of Under the Mistletoe Designer Series Paper with Whisper White Cardstock, and added them to a Crumb Cake Cardstock base.  For some texture, I tied a piece of Burlap Ribbon around the center of the card.   I used Softly Falling Textured Impressions Embossing Folder on a piece of Whisper White Cardstock.  I then die cut a circle using one of the Stitched Shapes Framelits, and popped it up with a few Stampin’ Dimensionals.  Using the Winter Woods Bundle, I stamped the pine tree in Mossy Meadow, die cut it with the coordinating framelit, and popped it up with a few more Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Under the pine tree, I tucked in a small Whisper White Cardstock tree and some Vellum Cardstock leaves (both die cut using additional framelits from the Winter Woods Bundle).  For the sentiment, I used a sentiment (from the Itty Bitty Greetings set), and heat-embossed it on Whisper White Cardstock, using my Versamark Pad and Silver Stampin’ Emboss Powder.  For some holiday sparkle, I sprinkled in a few stars using the Twinkle Builder Punch and Sparkle Glimmer Paper.  For my last little detail, I added a tiny Red Rhinestone Basic Jewel next to the sentiment.

The Stampin’ Up 2018 Holiday Catalog, as well as the 2018-2019 Stampin’ Up Annual Catalog are both chockful of so many wonderful products!  Okay, let’s be honest…..they are absolutely overflowing with some of the most amazing products ever!
