happy anniversary…

Many Mates - Happy Anniversary by Tammy C. Wilson (watermark)

07.27.20…..Happy Monday, everyone!  Today I decided to a card using the Many Mates Stamp Set and the Peony Garden Designer Series Paper…both from the new Stampin’ Up! 2020-2021 Annual Catalog!  This new catalog is sooooo jam-packed with soooooo many amazing stamps sets, accessories, and more….and I know your wish list will be overflowing before you know it!

For this card, I started with Whisper White Thick Cardstock base, and adhered a small narrow strip of the Peony Garden DSP, and layered on a larger piece of the same DSP.  I then used the Peony Garden DSP again…cut out two flags.  I adhered the larger flag first, and then popped up the smaller flag with a few Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment (from the Many Mates Stamp Set) with Petal Pink, on Whisper White Cardstock.  (I also “stamped off” the sentiment a few times.)  I then cut it out with one of the Tasteful Labels Dies, and embossed it with the Subtle 3D Embossing Folder.  I then used the same Tasteful Labels die to cut out a little piece of Peony Garden DSP, layered it underneath the sentiment, and popped it up with a few Stampin’ Dimensionals.  Tucked underneath that is some Gray Granite Shimmer Ribbon, and Baker’s Twine from the Flowers for Every Season Ribbon Combo Pack. (I also pulled on the Misty Moonlight strand from the Baker’s Twine.) For a bit of bling, I sprinkled on a couple of Rhinestone Basic Jewels and a Pearl Basic Jewel.

Wishing you creativity always,
