09.27.20…Happy Sunday, everyone! I can’t believe that September has almost come to a close! And…..it’s already time for another Stamping Sunday Blog Hop! For this Sunday’s hop, we are featuring cards and projects created with the Gilded Autumn Suite…from the Stampin’ Up! August – January MiniCatalog! We hope you have a chance to hop along with us today! You won’t want to miss any of the wonderful projects created by our amazing designers!

Today, I’m sharing two projects that I’ve created with products from the Gilded Autumn Suite. I’ve also included complete instructions underneath each card, so you can scroll right to the card that suits your fancy and start creating!
Let’s start with my greeting card…
I started with a piece of Crumb Cake Cardstock, embossed it with the Pinewood Planks 3D Embossing Folder, and used a Sponge Dauber (along with Whisper White Craft Ink) to gently added a wash of color to the cardstock. I then adhered it to a Crumb Cake Cardstock base For the next layers, I added some Gilded Autumn Speciality Designer Series Paper, layered some Very Vanilla Cardstock underneath, and popped it up with a few Stampin’ Dimensionals.

The sentiment (from the Peaceful Moments Stamp Set) was heat-embossed on Cajun Craze Cardstock, using my Versamark Pad and White Stampin’ Emboss Powder. After I cut it out with one of the Tasteful Labels Dies, I popped it up with a few more Stampin’ Dimensionals. For some fun texture, I added some of the vanilla ribbon (from the Forever Greenery Trim Combo Pack), and some of the Mint Macaron ribbon (from the Basket Weave & Metallic Ribbon Combo Pack). I also cut the Mint Macaron ribbon in half (vertically).
For the gold leaf, I used a bit of the gold Brushed Metallic Cardstock (along with one of the dies from the Gather Together Bundle). I then added two of the little leaves from the In Good Taste Elements.
Next up is my little treat holder…
I started with two strips of Crumb Cake Cardstock (2″ x 5″ each) embossed them with the Pinewood Planks 3D Embossing Folder, and scored them atb 1″ from the bottom, and punched the opposite end of each strip with the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch. I then used a Sponge Dauber (along with Whisper White Craft Ink) to gently added a wash of color to the cardstock. After I folded each tag and the score line, I adhered the folded ends with a bit of Tear & Tape Adhesive. I then cut out a small piece of Gilded Autumn DSP with one of the Painted Labels Dies, and adhered it to the front of the treat holder.

To tie together the top of the tags, I used some of the vanilla ribbon (from the Forever Greenery Trim Combo Pack), and some of the Mint Macaron ribbon (from the Basket Weave & Metallic Ribbon Combo Pack). I also cut the Mint Macaron ribbon in half (vertically). For the gold leaf, I used a bit of the gold Brushed Metallic Cardstock (along with one of the dies from the Gather Together Bundle). I then added two of the little leaves from the In Good Taste Elements.
Wishing you creativity always,
