12.12.2023…..Happy Tuesday, my stampin’ friends! As usual, this holiday season is just going by waaaaay too fast! I’m still working on some holiday projects, and hopefully I will get them all completed. With that being said, snowflakes are probably my favorite winter holiday image, so I was excited to create this card using the Chic Dies, along with the More Dazzle Specialty Paper. Hope this card inspires you to create a few more holiday projects, too…..before the season is over! 🙂

For this card, I started with Basic White Thick Cardstock base, embossed it with the Snowflake Sky 3D Embossing Folder, and used Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere it to a Basic White Thick Cardstock base. I then used a Blending Brush to add Melon Mambo to another piece of Basic White Thick Cardstock. Next, I used a Water Painter to “flick” water droplets onto the cardstock. After I dried the cardstock with a Heat Tool, I used more Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere this panel to the card base.

To create the snowflakes, I used the snowflake dies (from the Chic Dies), along with More Dazzle Specialty Paper. The sentiment (from the Christmas Classics Stamp Set) was heat-embossed on Basic Black Thick Cardstock, using my Versamark Pad and White Stampin’ Emboss Powder. I also used the Winter Meadow Designer Series Paper to add some color and pattern to each of the cards. On a couple of the cards, I also tore the edges of the DSP. For a bit of bling, I sprinkled on Pastel Adhesive-Backed Sequins and Iridescent Rhinestone Basic Jewels.
