03.03.2024…..Happy Sunday, my stampin’ friends! I love choosing a mix of different Stampin’ Up! products, and then using them in unexpected ways! Today, I used the Sweetly Scripted Stamp Set, Notes of Nature Dies, Scalloped Contour Dies, Exposed Brick 3D Embossing Folder, and the Perennial Lavender Designer Series Paper. Hope this card inspires inspires you to create a card or project using a fun mix of products as well!

For this card, I started with the Perennial Lavender DSP, andadhered it to a Basic White Thick Cardstock base. Next, I embossed some Pool Party Cardstock with the Exposed Brick 3D Embossing Folder, and added a Basic White Thick Cardstock scalloped border, created with one of the Scalloped Contour Dies.
To create the little flags, I cut 1-1/2″ wide strips of Perennial Lavender DSP, and notched the ends. For the branches, I used a Water Painter to add Pool Party to some Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper. After I dried the paper with a Heat Tool, I cut out the branches with one of the Notes of Nature Dies.
The sentiment (from the Sweetly Scripted Stamp Set) was heat-embsossed on Basic White Thick Cardstock, using my Versamark Pad and Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder. To add an extra bit of texture, I added White Baker’s Twine and Linen Thread. For a bit of bling, I sprinkled on Brushed Brass Butterflies and Iridescent Pearl Basic Jewels.
