08.24.2025…..Happy Sunday, my stampin’ friends! Our Stamping Sunday Blog Hop this month is inspired by a vacation…..be it the colors, the scenery or your very own photographs for a scrapbook page. You create anything memory keeping if you don’t want, or it can simply be a card that’s using a memorable vacation vibe.
For my card, I chose to use the Scenic Adventures Dies. Before I die cut the shapes, I used Blending Brushes along with Soft Sea Foam, Granny Apple Green, and Gray Granite on a mix of Basic White Thick Cardstock and Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper. For the sky, I used Blending Brushes to add Flirty Flamingo and Daffodil Delight to Basic White Thick Cardstock.

For this card, I started with some Basic White Thick Cardstock, embossed it with the Eyelet 3D Embossing Folder, and used Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere it to a Basic White Thick Cardstock base. For the sky, I used Blending Brushes to add Flirty Flamingo and Daffodil Delight to Basic White Thick Cardstock.
To create the mountains and one of the strips of grass in the front, I used a Blending Brushes to add Gray Granite to Basic White Thick Cardstock, then cut out the shapes with the Scenic Adventures Dies. The other strip of grass was cut out directly from Basic White Thick Cardstock. To create the little trees in the background, I used a Blending Brush to add Soft Sea Foam to Basic White Thick Cardstock, then cut them out with another one of the Scenic Adventures Dies. For all of the individual trees, I added with Soft Sea Foam and Granny Apple Green to Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper, and used a Water Painter to splatter water droplets. After I dried the paper with a Heat Tool, I used the Scenic Adventures Dies to cut the trees.
The sentiment (from the Blooming Phrases Stamp Set) was heat-embossed on Gray Granite Cardstock, using my Versamark Pad and White Embossing Powder. For some rustic texture, I added a bow using White 1/4″ Ribbon (cut in half lengthwise) and Linen Thread. To add a bit of bling, I sprinkled on Low Profile Dots.
Wishing you creativity always,
