02.14.2026…..Happy Valentine’s Day, my stampin’ friends! Today, I’m sharing a card that I created today, using a quick watercoloring technique. I used a Water Painter to add Pretty in Pink, Strawberry Slush, and Melon Mambo to Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper. I added some splattering as well, dried the paper with a Heat Tool, then cut out the letters with the Party Alphabet Dies. I hope this card inspires you to a bit of watercoloring to your cards and projects with this lovely suite, as well!

To create this card, I started with some Basic White Thick Cardstock, and adhered it to a Pretty in Pink Cardstock base. Next, I embossed some Basic White Thick Cardstock with the Hearts of Love 3D Embossing Folder, and used Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere it to the card base.
Next, I used a Water Painter to add Pretty in Pink, Strawberry Slush, and Melon Mambo to Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper. I also used a Water Painter, along with Melon Mambo ink, to add some splattering. After I dried the paper with a Heat Tool, I cut out the letters (with the Party Alphabet Dies) and tiny flowers (with the Delicate Whispers Dies). To create the leaves, I used a Gold Foil Sheet (distressed with a nail buffer block) and the Gallery Blooms Dies.
The sentiment (from the Lovely Arrangements Bundle) was heat-embossed on Basic White Thick Cardstock, using my Versamark Pad and Gold Embossing Powder. To create the bow, I used White & Gold Baker’s Twine. For a bit of bling, I sprinkled on Iridescent Pearl Basic Jewels and Pearlized Faceted Circles.
Wishing you creativity always,
