09.15.2026…..Happy Tuesday, my stampin’ friends! It has been a busy September so far, and I finally had some time to do some crafting and creating today! For this card, I used the Elegant Leaves Bundle. It is such a beautiful bundle, and perfect for so many fall projects! For an unexpected twist, I paired Pool Party with Golden Glow to create the watercolored background. Hope this card inspires you to create a few cards or projects with this wonderful bundle as well!
For this card, I started with some Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper, embossed it with the Softly Woven 3D Embossing Folder, and adhered it to a Basic White Thick Cardstock base.
To create the watercolored background, I used a Water Painter to add Pool Party and Golden Glow to Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper. I then used the Water Painter to splatter Pecan Pie across the paper. To stamp the images, I used Gray Granite and Golden Glow, along with the following stamp sets…..Elegant Leaves, Bordered in Beauty, and Extraordinary Life. Layered underneath the watercolored background in some Sunflower Fields DSP, which I distressed with a Sanding Block.
The sentiment (from the Thanks & Giving Stamp Set) was stamped on Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper, using Gray Granite ink. To create the bow, I used Golden Glow 3/8″ Bordered Ribbon (cut in half lengthwise) and Linen Thread. For a bit of bling, I sprinkled on Antique Pearls, Adhesive-Backed Sparkle Sequins, and the Golden Glow jewels from the September 2026 Paper Pumpkin Kit.
