02.25.18… I just received the new Springtime Foils Speciality Designer Series Paper from the new Sale-A-Bration Catalog (2nd release), and couldn’t wait to start using it! This is probably one of the easiest cards I’ve made in awhile…..and the paper is absolutely beautiful!!! The best part is you can earn it for FREE with a Stampin’ Up! purchase of $50 or more.
Choosing two different patterns from the Springtime Foils Speciality Designer Series Paper, I layered the leaf patterned paper over two strips of striped paper, with an additional layer of Whisper White cardstock (“popped up” with a few Stampin’ Dimensionals).
For the “Celebrate”, I used a Gold Foil Sheet and one of the three thinlits from the set of Celebrate You Thinlits Dies. (You can earn this set of thinlits for FREE (with a purchase of $100 or more) during Sale-A-Bration.
For the bow, I used 1/2″ Gingham Ribbon in Smoky Slate, and added some Gold Metallic Thread for some extra shine. A few Rhinestone and Pearl Basic Jewels were added…..and I was done! Quick, easy, and elegant!
