happily ever after…

All Things Thanks - Happily Ever After by Tammy C. Wilson

04.01.18… Spring is here, and you know what that means???  You guessed it….there’s always a wedding or two right around the corner!

This card is such a wonderful way to show your gratitude for all of those amazing wedding gifts….and yes, even if you’ve already received three Keurigs, and just unwrapped one more!

For the background, I used a piece of the Whole Lot of Lovely Designer Series Paper.  (I really love this paper pack, but somehow I hadn’t used it very often.)  Using the Quilt Top Textured Impressions Embossing Folder to dry emboss a strip of Whisper White cardstock.

The bow was tied with Smoky Slate 1/2″ Gingham Ribbon, along with a little bit of Mini Sequin Trim and Metallic Thread.

The sentiment I used is from the All Things Thanks stamp set.  (This set has a wonderful assortment of “Thank You” sentiments that you can use for just about any occasion.) The sentiment is heat-embossed in Silver Stampin’ Emboss Powder, and then die cut using the Stitched Shapes Framelits.   For some extra shine, used the Layering Squares Framelits to die cut a scalloped square from a Silver Foil Sheet, and then popped it up using a few Stampin’ DimensionalsRhinestone and Pearl Basics Jewels were used to added just a bit more bling…and I was finished!

TIP:  You can easily change this into a wedding card for the bride & groom, by just swapping out the sentiment.
