stamping sunday blog hop – night before christmas…

Night Before Christmas - Memories & More - Mini Pizza Box by Tammy C. Wilson11.24.19…..Happy Sunday, everyone! November has almost come to a close, and Christmas is just around the corner! And…..it’s already time for another Stamping Sunday Blog Hop! For this Sunday’s hop, we are featuring the Night Before Christmas Suite from the 2019 Holiday Catalog.

This is such a fun, festive suite, and I love that it not only includes stamps, dies, and Designer Series Paper, but a Memories & More Card Pack as well. That being said, for today’s projects, I decided to focus on the Night Before Chrismas Memories & More Card Pack, and then added in some little sentiments from the Well Said stamp set. The four little 3″ x 3″ cards that I created fit just perfectly inside the Gold Mini Pizza Box. (If you wish, you can also include some 3″ x 3″ envelopes inside the box as well. I’ve also included complete instructions underneath each project, so you can scroll right to the project that suits your fancy and start creating!

Let’s start with this fun, Gold Mini Pizza Box

First, I added a square of Crumb Cake Cardstock, which was embossed with the Winter Knit 3D Embossing Folder. I then cut a square from one of the Memories & More Cards, and layered that on top. For some fun texture, I tied some Linen Thread and Old Olive/Pretty Peacock Reversible Ribbon around the Gold Mini Pizza Box.

Underneath, I layered a Gold Foil scalloped circle, cut out with one of the Layering Circles Dies. After I popped it up with a few Stampin’ Dimensionals, I used another one of the Layering Circles Dies to cut a smaller circle from a Gold Foil Sheet. I then cut just the deer image from a duplicate card, and popped it up as well. For a little bit of bling, I spinkled on a couple of Holiday Rhinestone Basic Jewels.

Up next are my little 3″ x 3″ cards…

For each card, I started with a 3″ x 3″ Crumb Cake Cardstock base. I also layered on a slightly smaller square of Crumb Cake Cardstock, which was embossed with the Winter Knit 3D Embossing Folder, and popped up with a few Stampin’ Dimensionals. After I cut out a circle (using one of the Stitched Shapes Dies) from one of the Memories & More Cards, I layered it with a Gold Foil scalloped circles (cut out with one of the Layering Circles Dies). (The layout for each card is the same. However, I mixed up the paper and sentiments just a bit.)

For an extra pop of color, I added a cut a small strip of paper from one of the other cards, and notched it at one end. The sentiment (from the Well Said stamp set) was heat-embossed on Very Vanilla Cardstock, using my Versamark Pad and Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder. After I cut out the sentiment, I popped it up with a few Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals. For just a bit of bling, I sprinkled on a couple of Holiday Rhinestone Basic Jewels.

Wishing you creativity always,
