For today’s card, I started with a piece of Whisper White Cardstock, and embossed it with the Tin Tile 3D Embossing Folder. I layered it with a slightly larger piece of Basic Black Cardstock, and used a few Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere it to a Whisper White Thick Cardstock base. I then cut out three flags from the Golden Honey Speciality Designer Series Paper, and notched each one at the bottom. I adhered the largest flag to the background. For the two smaller flags, I punched tiny holes in the each of the top corners, added a couple of strands of Basic Black Twine, and popped them up with a few more Stampin’ Dimensionals.
The sentiment (from the Peaceful Moments stamp set) was heat-embossed on Whisper White Cardstock, using my Versamark Pad and Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder, and cut out it out with one of the Stitched Shapes Dies. Before I popped it up with a few Stampin’ Dimensionals, I layered it with a Gold Foil scalloped circle, which was die cut with one of the Layering Circles Dies. To create the bow, I used some Whisper White Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon, and a couple more strands of Basic Black Twine. For a bit of bling, I sprinkled on a few Gold Glimmer hearts (which were die cut with one of the Stitched Be Mine Dies), and a few of the Peaceful Poppies Sequins.
