my love for you…

Whale Done by Tammy C. Wilson (watermark) (2)

07.20.20…..Happy Monday, everyone! Today I decided to another card using the Whale Done Bundle…from the brand new Stampin’ Up! 2020-2021 Annual Catalog!  This new catalog is sooooo jam-packed with soooooo many amazing stamps sets, accessories, and more….and I know your wish list will be overflowing before you know it!

For this card, I started with a piece of Whisper White Cardstock, and used the cute, little seahorse stamp from the Whale Done Bundle.  I stamped the seahorse in Magenta Madness, Highland Heather, and Bermuda Bay.  I also “stamped off” several of the seashorses as well, and then embossed the cardstock with the Subtle 3D Embossing Folder. I added some speckling with the following Stampin’ Blends Combo Packs…Melon Mambo, Highland Heather, and Bermuda Bay.  (To create the speckling, I “flicked” the thick end of the marker against the edge of the marker cap.) Before I used a few Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere it to a Whisper White Thick Cardstock Base, I tucked a small strip of 2020-2020 In Colors Designer Series Paper underneath.

I stamped the sentiment (from the Whale Done Bundle) on Whisper White Cardstock with Bermuda Bay.  The little hearts (also from the Whale Done Bundle) were each “stamped off” once in Highland Heather.  I used one of the border dies (from the Ornate Layers Dies) to cut the top and bottom edges.  Tucked underneath is a bit of Pool Party Sheer Ribbon.  For a bit of bling, I sprinkled on some Artistry Blooms Sequins, Woven Threads Sequins, and Whale of a Time Sequins.

Wishing you creativity always,
