Last month, I shared a special “everyday” card that I created with the Quite Curvy Bundle. Be sure to check out my October 1st post for all of the details! For today’s card, I used the Curvy Christmas Stamp Set to create a whimsical, holiday card!
I started with a large piece of Classic Christmas Designer Series Paper, and adhered it to a Whisper White Thick Cardstock base. I then used the Winter Snow Embossing Folder, to embossed some Whisper White Cardstock, and added some speckling with my Dark Crumb Cake Stampin’ Blends Marker. (To create the speckling, I “flicked” the thick end of the marker against the edge of the marker cap, and “flicked” outward towards my paper.) Underneath that, I layered another piece of Whisper White Cardstock and some Classic Christmas DSP.
I cut out the Whisper White Thick Cardstock heart with one of the Stitched Be Mine Dies, embossed it with the Subtle 3D Embossing Folder. Before I popped up the heart with a few Stampin’ Dimensionals, I tucked in a few, little torn strips of Classic Christmas DSP (cut out with one of the dotted curvy die (from the Curvy Dies Bundle), along with some Mossy Meadow leaves (cut out with the leaf die from the Curvy Dies Bundle).

The sentiment (from the Curvy Christmas Stamp Set) was heat-embossed on Whisper White Cardstock, using my Versamark Pad and Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder. After I cut it out, I popped it up with a few Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals. I also wanted the heart to appear that it was hanging from the top of the card, so I added some gold metallic trim (from the Forever Greenery Trim Combo Pack). For a bit of bling, I sprinkled on a a few Elegant Faceted Gems, Metallic Pearls, and Holiday Rhinestone Basic Jewels.
Up next on our blog hop is the incredibly talented Zsuzsanna Balazs, so be sure to head on over and check out the amazing projects that she and the the rest of the Artisan Design Team team have in store by clicking on the button below!

Beautiful! Love the way you’ve created the hanging ornament effect and cut up the sentiment. The eyelet holes cut into small strips make for an interesting ribbon. Love this, Tammy!

Thank you bunches, Gwendolyn! You are so sweet! The “stripes” are actually just the Classic Christmas DSP that I layered underneath. (Please forgive me for not responding sooner. We’ve been in the process of moving for the last several weeks.)
