06.09.21…..Happy Wednesday, my stampin’ friends! I just love the new Expressions in Ink Suite with the bright, vibrant colors, and of course…the Artisically Inked Bundle that is part of that suite. But, today…I thought it would be fun to use that stamp set with an unexpected color combo…Poppy Parade, Misty Moonlight, and Soft Succulent! I hope this card inspires you to create a card or project with a fun, new color combo!
I started with a Basic White Thick Cardstock base, and adhered a small strip of Neutrals 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper along the left edge. I then embossed another piece of Basic White Thick Cardstock with the Macrame 3D Embossing Folder, and popped it up with a few Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I used the Artisically Inked Bundle, along with some Basic White Thick Cardstock, to stamp my images. I stamped the roses in Poppy Parade, the small flowers in Misty Moonlight, and the leaves in Soft Succulent. Before I popped them all up with a few Stampin’ Dimensionals, I cut out the images with the coordinating dies from the same bundle.
I stamped the sentiment (also from the Artisically Inked Bundle) in Misty Moonlight, cut it out, and popped it up with a few Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals. For a bit of bling, I sprinkled on a few Genial Gems, and Holiday Rhinestone Basic Jewels (in the center of each little flower.
