07.08.21…..Happy Thursday, everyone! Today, I wanted to share a card that I made with the Handmade for You Stamp Set! Not only does it include the cute, little mannequin stand, it has several different “word” stamps that you can use to to add a personal touch to your stamping and crafting projects. I also thought is would be fun to pair it with some bright, cheery colors…Polished Pink and Bermuda Bay. Hope you enjoy it!
For this card, I started with the some of the swesome Pattern Party Designer Series Paper (….one of the exclusive products you can earnfor FREE, when you place a Stampin’ Up! order, or host a workshop, totaling $150+), and adhered it to a Basic White Thick Cardstock base. I then embossed some Bermuda Bay Cardstock with the Parisian Flourish 3D Embossing Folder, and adhered it on top of the card base.
I heat-embossed the mannequin stand (from the Handmade for You Stamp Set) two times on Basic White Thick Cardstock, using my Versamark Pad and Black Stampin’ Emboss Powder. I cut out one of the mannequin stands, using one of the Tasteful Labels Dies, and popped it up with a few Stampin’ Dimensionals. To add some extra dimension to the card, I cut out just the “body” of the second mannequin stand, and popped it up with a few more Stampin’ Dimensionals.
The sentiment (also from the Handmade for You Stamp Set) was heat-embossed on Basic Black Cardstock, using my Versamark Pad and White Stampin’ Emboss Powder. For an extra pop of color, I created a tiny bow with Polished Pink Open Weave Ribbon, cut in half vertically. To add a bit of bling, I sprinkled on Holiday Rhinestone Basic Jewels, Pearl Basic Jewels, and 2021-2023 In Color Jewels .
