09.20.2021…..Happy Monday, everyone! Am I a little obsessed with the Whimsical Trees Bundle (from the Stampin’ Up! July – December Mini Catalog)….ummmm…YES!!! I just can’t help myself! That being said, here is another card that I created with this wonderful bundle! For a bit of bling, I also added some of the Be Dazzling Speciality Paper, from the current Sale-A-Bration Catalog I just love the sparkle that it added to the three little trees, which I cut out with two of the dies from the Whimsical Trees Bundle. Hope this inspires you to add a bit of whimsy, wonder, and sparkle to your holiday projects!

For this card, I started with some Basic White Thick Cardstock, cut it out with one of the Scalloped Contours Dies, and used a few Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere it to a Basic White Thick Cardstock base. I then added a smaller piece of Basic White Thick Cardstock (embossed the Macrame 3D Embossing Folder), layered some Smoky Slate Cardstock underneath, and adhered it to the card base.
I created the three little trees with Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper. I used my Water Painter (along with Soft Sea Foam, Polished Pink, and Coastal Cabana) to add some color to the paper. After I dried the paper with a Heat Tool, I cut out the trees with one of the dies from the Whimsical Trees Bundle, and popped them up with a few Stampin’ Dimensionals. To add a fun bit of sparkle, I used coordinating dies from the same bundle, along with the Be Dazzling Speciality Paper, from the current Sale-A-Bration Catalog.
The sentiment (also from the Whimsical Trees Bundle) was stamped in Smoky Slate, cut out, and popped up with a few Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals. For an extra bit of bling, I sprinkled on several of the Subtle Shimmer Sequins.
