10.20.2022…..Happy Friday, my stampin’ friends! We have been having so much fun with our TGIF Challenges this month, so let’s keep it going with a fantastically versatile Inspiration Challenge. I chose to use this inspiration for a holiday-themed card, but there are so many ways you can go with it! We hope this challenge inspires you to use your creativity and craftineess to create a unique card of your own! We would love to see what you create!

For my card, I started with a piece of Basic White Thick Cardstock, embossed it with the Timber 3D Embossing Folder, and adhered it to a Basic White Thick Cardstock base.

To create the background, I used a Blending Brush to add soft swirls of Polished Pink. Next, I used my Water Painter to “flick” water drops across the cardstock, then dried it with a Heat Tool, I then my Water Painter, along with a few drops of my White Craft Ink Refill (mixed with a tiny bit of water) to add some white speckles. (To create the speckling, I “flicked” the end of the brush against the inside edge of the brush cap, and “flicked” outward towards the cardstock.) Once the cardstock was dry, I used Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere it to the card base.

To create the pine branches, I used a Blending Brush to add soft swirls of Balmy Blue to some Basic White Thick Cardstock. I then used the Christmas Pinecone Dies to cut out the branches. wreath. I also used the Christmas Pinecone Dies to create the pinecones, along with Silver Foil Specialty Paper (for the bottom layers) and White Glimmer Paper (for the top layers).

The sentiment (from the Joyful Flurry Stamp Set) was heat-embossed on Basic White Thick Cardstock, using my Versamark Pad and Silver Stampin’ Emboss Powder. After I cut it out with one of the Stylish Shapes Dies, I popped it up with Stampin’ Dimensionals. For a extra festive touch, I created a bow with White Glittered Orange Ribbon (cut in half lengthwise). For a bit of bling, I sprinkled on For Everything Fancy Sequins.
