For this card, I started with some Delicate Desert DSP, and adhered it to a Gray Granite Cardstock card base.Next, I used another pattern from the Delicate Desert DSP, layered some Basic White Thick Cardstock underneath, and used Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere it to the card base.
Next, I used the larger frame (from the Desert Details Bundle), to cut out a frame from Basic White Thick Cardstock, then used Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere it to the card base. I then used the larger flower (from the Delicate Details Bundle), along with my Gray Granite Classic Stampin’ Pad, to stamp the image on another piece of Basic White Thick Cardstock. I also added some speckling with a Gray Granite Stampin’ Write Marker, then adhered it to the die cut frame. I also added to lengths of Linen Thread, and threaded them through the holes in the frame. I used the Pale Papaya Faux Velvet Trim (cut in half lengthwise) to create a bow, then tied the Linen Thread around it.
I used the leaf die (from the Desert Details Bundle) to cut out two of the same images…one from the Dry Brushed Metallic Specialty DSP, and one from Petal Pink Cardstock. Next, I stamped the large flower and the small flower (from the Desert Details Bundle) on Basic White Thick Cardstock, using my Gray Granite Classic Stampin’ Pad. After I cut them out with the coordinating dies from the same bundle. I used a Small Blending Brush to add some Petal Pink to the center of each flower. I also used Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere them onto the card base.
The sentiment (from the Desert Details Bundle) was heat-embossed on Basic White Thick Cardstock, using my Versamark Pad and Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder. After I hand cut the sentiments, I popped them up with a few Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals. For a bit of bling, I sprinkled on Gold Faceted Adhesive-Backed Sequins.
