09.07.2024…..Happy Saturday, my stampin’ friends! Today, I’m sharing an autumn-themed card, using the Spotlight on Nature Stamp Set. I stamped the leaves with Early Espresso, and colored the leaves with the following Stampin’ Blends Marker Combo Packs…..Pecan Pie, Pumpkin Pie, and Petal Pink. Hope this card inspires you to create a colorful, autumn card or project as well.
For this card, I started with some Pumpkin Pie Cardstock, embossed it with the Distressed Tile 3D Embossing Folder, and adhered it to a Pumpkin Pie Cardstock base.
I stamped the leaves (from the Spotlight on Nature Stamp Set) on Basic White Thick Cardstock, then dried it with a Heat Tool. To color the leaves, I used the following Stampin’ Blends Marker Combo Packs…..Pecan Pie, Pumpkin Pie, and Petal Pink. I also added some speckling with an Early Espresso Stampin’ Write Marker. I then layered some Early Espresso Cardstock underneath, and popped up the entire panel with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
The sentiment (from the Autumn Leaves Stamp Set) was heat-embossed on Basic White Thick Cardstock, using my Versamark Pad and Gold Embossing Powder. To add an extra bit of texture, I created a bow with Linen Thread (colored with a Light Pecan Pie Stampin’ Blends Marker). For a bit of bling, I sprinkled on embellishments from the Neutrals Adhesive-Backed Sequins and Adhesive-Backed Sparkle Gems.
