07.31.2026…..Happy Friday, my stampin’ friends! Today, I’m sharing a card that I created for this month’s Stampin’ Fancy Friday challenge! It’s an “Emboss It! challenge! Our team members each created a fancy project using ANY embossing technique…..heat embossing, dies or embossing folder! Needless to say, this challenge is overflowing with lots of creativity and inspiration!
For my card, I used some of my favorite retired embossing products. I used the Sweet Citrus Hybrid Embossing Folder, along with Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper, to create the citrus slices. I then used a Water Painter, along with Melon Mambo and Daffodil Delight, to color them. I used the Pinewood Planks 3D Embossing Folder for the background, and the Layers of Beauty Stamp Set for the sentiment.

Be sure to join us to see what our Stampin’ Fancy Friday team created. We have a total of 20 amazing projects to share for July, and each using their own unique interpretation of the challenge!
Then…..when you CASE one of our SFF teammates, share your project on IG or FB and tag us by using #stampinfancyfriday or #fancyfridaychallenges in your post. We will share in our stories to inspire others as well!

For this card, I started with Basic White Thick Cardstock, embossed it with the retired Pinewood Planks 3D Embossing Folder, and adhered it to a Lemon Lolly Cardstock base. To create the lemon slices, I used the Sweet Citrus Hybrid Embossing Folder, along with Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper, to create the citrus slices. I then used a Water Painter, along with Melon Mambo and Daffodil Delight, to color them. I cut out the leaves from Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper as well, and used a Water Painter to color them with Granny Apple Green. I used the Pinewood Planks 3D Embossing Folder for the background, and the Layers of Beauty Stamp Set for the sentiment.
The sentiment (from the retired Layers of Beauty Stamp Set) was heat-embossed on Basic Black Cardstock, using my Versamark Pad and White Embossing Powder. To create the bow, I used Bubble Bath 1/8″ Faux Linen Ribbon and Linen Thread. For a bit of bling, I sprinkled on Pearlized Faceted Circles and Sunset Sparkle Sequins.
Wishing you creativity always,
