09.28.2026…..Happy Monday, my stampin’ friends! Today, I’m sharing a winter-themed card that I created with the Dreamy Snowflakes Dies and Echoes of Detail Hot Foil Dies. I also added a watercolored background using Coastal Cabana and Pretty Peacock. I hope this card inspires you to create some winter-themed cards or projects!
For this card, I started with some Basic White Thick Cardstock, and adhered it to a Coastal Cabana Cardstock base. I then used one of the Echoes of Detail Hot Foil Dies, along with Copper Foil, to add the filigree image to Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper. Next, I used a Water Painter to add Coastal Cabana and Pretty Peacock to the paper. I also used a Water Painter, along with Early Espresso, to add some splattering.
To create the snowflake, I used the Metal Effects Specialty Paper, along with the Dreamy Snowflakes Dies. I cut out three snowflakes, and used an Adhesive Sheet when I cut out them out, so that I could easily layer them all together. I also added a Linen Thread bow underneath the snowflakes.
The sentiment (from the Soiree Salutation Stamp Set) was heat-embossed on Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper, using Copper Embossing Powder. For a bit of bling, I sprinkled on Antique Pearls and and Drusy Adhesive-Backed Embellishments (retired).
