08.10.18….. Friday is finally here, and you know what that means? Ok…..well, the weekend is almost here, and…..this is my last “Nature Week” card! Thanks so much for indulging me in my obsession with the Nature’s Poem Designer Series Paper. It’s such a wonderful collection, and the possibilities are endless when using this paper to create your projects!
For my last card, I layered a piece of Nature’s Poem Paper with a piece of Whisper White Cardstock (dry-embossed with the Striped Scallops Textured Impressions Embossing Folder), and added them to a Blackberry Bliss card base.
I used a piece of Grapefruit Grove Nature’s Twine, and separated it into individual strands before tying it onto the card. The sentiment (from the P.S. I Love You stamp set) was heat-embossed on Basic Black Cardstock, using White Stampin’ Emboss Powder and my Versamark Pad. For an extra bit of detail, I added a wooden frame (from the Frames Elements assortment), as well as a few Metallic Sequins.
