03.31.19…..Happy Sunday, stampers! I can believe that tomorrow is April 1st, and….today is the last day for the Stampin’ Up Sale-A-Bration! That being said, I thought I would create one last card with the Butterfly Elements.
I started with a Pool Party Cardstock base, and added a strip of Gingham Gala Designer Series Paper. I then layered that with some Whisper White Cardstock, which was embossed with the Pinewood Planks Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. The Lemon Lime Twist stems were die cut with one of the Be Mine Framelits, and also added bit of Bermuda Bay Mini Striped Ribbon. I used the stitched label from the Needlepoint Elements with Whisper White Cardstock, punched it out with the Pretty Label Punch, and popped it up with a few Stampin’ Dimensionals.
The sentiment (from the Well Said stamp set) was heat-embossed on Basic Black Cardstock, using my Versamark Pad and White Stampin’ Emboss Powder, and I also tucked a bit of Gold Metallic Thread underneath. I then used a few Mini Glue Dots to adhere the butterfly and two tiny flowers (both from the SAB Butterfly Elements). For those extra little details, I sprinkled on a couple of Basic Adhesive-Backed Sequins, a few Glitter Enamel Dots, and a two little Share What You Love Artisan Pearls.
