hello fabulous…

Best Dressed - Hello Fabulous by Tammy C. Wilson (watermark)

04.05.20…..Happy Sunday, everyone!  It took me a minute, but lately I’ve become obsessed with the Best Dressed Suite!  The images are so much fun to color with my Stampin’ Blends Markers, and I just love the coordinating dies!  And…it’s a stormy day again in Northern California, so it’s a perfect day for some coloring! Hope this card inspires you to create some projects with the Best Dressed Suite, too!

For this card, I started with a piece of Whisper White Cardstock, and used a Stamping Sponge, along with my Coastal Cabana Classic Stampin’ Pad, to add a subtle bit of color. After I embossed it with the Parisian Flourish 3D Embossing Folder, I added some speckling as well.  (I “flicked” the thick end of my Coastal Cabana Stampin’ Write Marker against the marker cap to create the speckling.)  I then used a few Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere it to a Whisper White Thick Cardstock base.

I added some Bermuda Bay Mini Striped Ribbon, and adhered it with some Tear & Tape Adhesive. For some extra sparkle, I added a little Sparkle Glimmer Paper border, which I die cut with one of the Stitched Be Mine Dies.  The perfume bottle (from the Dressed to Impress Bundle) was stamped with my Tuxedo Black Memento Pad, and colored with the following Stampin’ Blends Markers Combo Packs:  Bermuda Bay, Pool Party, Granny Apple Green, and Soft Sea Foam.  After I die cut it with the coordinating die from the Dressed to Impress Bundle, I popped it up with a few Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I also stamped the bottle again with my Versamark Pad, and heat-embossed it with Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder.  I cut out the the “parfum” label, and popped it up with a few more Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals. The sentiment (also from the Dressed to Impress Bundle) was heat-embossed as well, cut out, and popped up with a few more Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.  For a bit of bling, I sprinkled on several of the Iridescent Sequins and a couple of gold Metallic Pearls.

Wishing you creativity always,
