05.29.20…..Happy Friday, everyone! Today, I decided to create a card with the Field of Flowers Bundle (Field of Flowers Stamp Set + Confetti Flowers Border Punch) from our demonstrator pre-order…for the new Stampin’ Up! 2020-2021 Annual Catalog! This new bundle (along with oodles of other amazing products from the new catalog), will be available for everyone to order…beginning on June 3, 2020! The 2020-2021 catalog is sooooo jam-packed with soooooo many amazing stamps sets, accessories, and more….and I know your wish list will be overflowing before you know it!
For this card, I started with a piece of Gray Granite Cardstock, and embossed it with the new Tasteful Textile 3D Embossing Folder. After I layered a slighty larger piece of Whisper White Cardstock underneath, I used a few Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere it to a Whisper White Thick Cardstock base.
I used the grassy border stamp (from the Field of Flowers Bundle) to heat-emboss a strip of Gray Granite Cardstock (using my Versamark Pad and White Stampin’ Emboss Powder), and popped it up with a few more Stampin’ Dimensionals. The sentiment (also from the Field of Flowers Bundle) was also heat-embossed on Gray Granite Cardstock, cut out, and popped up with a couple of Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals. Tucked underneath the sentiment is some Whisper White Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon. (To create the ruffles, I added a narrow strip of Tear and Tape Adhesive. As I created little folds in the ribbon, I adhered it to the tape.)
I used a bit of Petal Pink Cardstock and Pool Party Cardstock to punch out the little flowers, using the Flowers Border Punch (from the Field of Flowers Bundle). For a bit of bling, I added a few Pearl Basic Jewels.
