05.30.20…..Welcome to the weekend, my stampin’ friends! Today, I decided to create a card with products from the In Good Taste Suite (Tasteful Touches Bundle + Tasteful Textile 3D Embossing Folder + In Good Taste Designer Series Paper) from our demonstrator pre-order…for the new Stampin’ Up! 2020-2021 Annual Catalog! This new bundle (along with oodles of other amazing products from the new catalog), will be available for everyone to order…beginning on June 3, 2020! The 2020-2021 catalog is sooooo jam-packed with soooooo many amazing stamps sets, accessories, and more….and I know your wish list will be overflowing before you know it!
For this card, I started with a piece of In Good Taste Designer Series Paper, layered a piece of Whisper White Cardstock underneath, and used a few Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere it to a Gray Granite Cardstock base. I then used the Tasteful Textile 3D Embossing Folder, along with a smaller piece of Whisper White Cardstock, and popped it up with a few more Stampin’ Dimensionals.
The sentiment (from the Tasteful Touches Bundle) was heat-embossed on a strip of In Good Taste DSP (using my Versamark Pad and White Stampin’ Emboss Powder), and then popped up with a few more Stampin’ Dimensionals. For a bit of texture, I add a piece of Braided Linen Trim right below the sentiment. The stems were cut out from Whisper White Cardstock and Vellum Cardstock, using one of the dies from the Celebrate Sunflowers Bundle (…another new bundle from the brand new 2020-2021 Stampin’ Up Annual Catalog). I created the bow with some Linen Thread and Misty Moonlight Baker’s Twine (from the new Flowers for Every Season Ribbon Combo Pack). For just a bit of bling, I sprinkled on a few Pearl Basic Jewels.
