06.09.2020…..Happy Friday, everyone! It’s already time for another TGIF Challenge! This week, we have have a super fun challenge for you…Stamp Your Own Patterned Paper! That’s right, my stampin’ friends, it’s time to get out some of your favorite stamp images, get creative…and get inspired along with us! I hope you have a chance to play along with us this week, over at TGIF Challenges. We would love to see what you create!
For this card, I started with a piece of Whisper White Cardstock, and used Bumblebee, Misty Moonlight (“stamped off” once), and Gray Granite (“stamped off” once)…along with the See the Good Stamp Set…to create a colorful background. After I was done stamped, I embossed the paper with the Tasteful Textile 3D Embossing Folder, and used a few Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere it to a Whisper White Thick Cardstock Base.
On top of my patterned paper that I created, I added a little strip of Flowers For Every Season Designer Series Paper, cut out with one of the Tasteful Labels Dies. Next, I added a small piece of Vellum Cardstock, cut out with one of the Stitched So Sweetly Dies. I then a a bit of Bumblebee Gingham Ribbon and Bumblebee In Color Ribbon.
The sentiment (also from the See the Good Stamp Set) was heat-embossed on a piece of In Good Taste DSP, using my Versamark Pad and White Stampin’ Emboss Powder. After I cut it out with another die from the Tasteful Labels Dies, I popped it up with a few more Stampin’ Dimensionals. Tucked underneath the sentiment are a couple of Whisper White leaves, cut out with one of the Wild Rose Dies. For a bit of bling, I sprinkled on a few Gold Glitter Enamel Dots, and a couple of 2020-2022 In Color Enamel Dots.
