07.09.2020…..Happy Thursday, my stampin’ friends! Today, I decided to create another card with To a Wild Rose Stamp Set, and…combined it with the Sunflower Dies from the brand new Stampin’ Up! 2020-2021 Annual Catalog! This new catalog is sooooo jam-packed with soooooo many amazing stamps sets, accessories, and more….and I know your wish list will be overflowing before you know it!
For this card, I started with some So Saffron Cardstock, embossed it with the Tasteful Textile 3D Embossing Folder, and adhered it to a Whisper White Thick Cardstock base. I then used one of the Stitched So Sweetly Dies to cut out a small piece of Whisper White Cardstock, and popped it up with a few Stampin’ Dimensionals. On top of that, I added a slightly smaller piece of Pool Party Cardstock, embossed with the Pinewood Planks 3D Embossing Folder. On top of that, I added aGray Granite sunflower, cut out with one of the Sunflower Dies.
For a bit of texture, I added a some Whisper White Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon. The sentiments (from the To a Wild Rose Stamp Set) were heat-embossed on Basic Black Cardstock, using my Versamark Pad and White Stampin’ Emboss Powder. I also tucked in a small strip of Subtles 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper, notched it at one end. For a bit of bling, I sprinkled on a few Gold Glitter Enamel Dots.
