10.22.2021…..Hey everyone! Last week @stampinup shared a great tip on how to CASE (Copy And Selectively Edit) the Catalog. Simply pick a project you love, take one or two elements from it and get creative.Some #ArtisanDesignTeam friends and I want you to know this is a method we use too – it gets the creativity flowing! So today we’re sharing projects based on our favorite Stampin’ Up! Catalog samples!

And, here’s mine…created with the Whimsy & Wonder Suite, Stitched Snowflakes Dies, and the Wintry 3D Embossing Folder. It was inspired by the “Let it Snow” card on Page 23 of the Stampin’ Up! 2021 Holiday Mini Catalog.

For this card, I started with some Basic White Thick Cardstock, and embossed it with the “snowflakes” Wintry 3D Embossing Folder. After I added some speckling with my Dark Mint Macaron Stampin’ Blends Marker, I used a few Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere it to a Basic White Thick Cardstock base. On top of that, I used a few more Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere three strips of Whimsy & Wonder Speciality Designer Series Paper, and tore the bottom edge of each strip.

For a bit of shimmer, I added a Wonderful Snowflake, then layered a smaller snowflake on top. This snowflake was created with one of the Stitched Snowflakes Dies, and Silver Foil Specialty Pack Paper. I also added one of the Silver & Clear Epoxy Essentials in the center.

The sentiment (from the Whimsical Trees Bundle) was heat-embossed on Basic White Thick Cardstock, using my Versamark Pad and Silver Embossing Powder. For a bit more bling, I sprinkled on several of the Subtle Shimmer Sequins.
