05.06.22…..Happy Friday, my stampin’ friends! It’s already time for another TGIF Challenge! This week we have a wonderful Color Challenge for you…..Soft Succulent, Pale Papaya, and Fresh Freesia! Such a beautiful combo! We hope you have a chance to play along with us this week. We’d love to see what you create!
For this card, I started with some Basic White Thick Cardstock, and embossed it with the Timber 3D Embossing Folder, and adhered it to a Basic White Thick Cardstock base.
Next, I used a Blending Brush to add Soft Succulent, Pale Papaya, and Fresh Freesia to another piece of Basic White Thick Cardstock. After I embossed the cardstock with the Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder, layered a slightly larger piece of Basic White Thick Cardstock underneath, and popped up the entire panel with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Tucked underneath the right edge of the panel is a Basic White Thick Cardstock scalloped border, that I created with one of the Basic Border Dies.

To create the teacups, I used the “solid” teacup die (from the Cup of Tea Bundle) to cut out the base. I then used a Water Painter to add Soft Succulent, Pale Papaya, and Fresh Freesia, to Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper. Once the paper was dry, I used the “solid” teacup die to cut out the top layer for each of the teacups.
To create the all of the little hearts, I used the dies from the Cup of Tea Bundle, along with the leftover watercolored paper that I created for the teacups.
The sentiment (from the Cup of Tea Bundle) was heat-embossed on Basic White Thick Cardstock, using my Versamark Pad and Gold Stampin ‘ Emboss Powder. After I cut it out with one of the little tag dies from the Cup of Tea Bundle, I added a bow with Basic White Baker’s Twine. For a bit of bling, I sprinkled on Iridescent Basic Rhinestone Jewels..
Wishing you creativity always,
