07.09.2022…..Happy Saturday, my stampin’ friends! I just love all of the new products in the Stampin’ Up! 2022-2023 Annual Catalog, and two of my faves are the Sweetest Cherries Bundle and the Charming Sentiments Bundle! So…..I decided to combine them together on this card! Hope this card inspires you to “mix and match” a few of your favorite products on your projects as well!
For this card, I started with 6″ x 6″ Subtles Designer Series Paper, and adhered it to a Petal Pink Cardstock base. Next, I used Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere a piece of Basic White Thick Cardstock to the card base. On top of that I added some Rings of Love DSP (from the current Sale-A-Bration Catalog). I also added another piece of Basic White Thick Cardstock (embossed with the Quatrefoil Embossing Folder), and tucked a little border (created with one of the dies from the Happiness Abounds Bundle) under the top edge.

To create the cherries, I used Blending Brushes to add Polished Pink, Petal Pink, and Mango Melody to some with Basic White Thick Cardstock. I then used the Water Painter, to add some water droplets. Once the cardstock was dry, I punched out the cherries with the Cherry Builder Punch. For the stems and the leaves, I used the same technique, but with Crumb Cake for the stems, and…Mint Macaron and Soft Sea Foam for the leaves. I also used my Early Espresso Stampin’ Write Marker to add speckling to the leaves. (To create the speckling, I “flicked” the thick end of the marker against the inside edge of the marker cap, and “flicked” outward towards the cardstock.)
The sentiment (from the Charming Sentiments Bundle ) was heat-embossed on Basic White Thick Cardstock, using my Versamark Pad and Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder, and cut out with the coordinating die from the same bundle. To add a bit of texture, I created a Linen Thread bow. For a bit of bling, I sprinkled on Iridescent Rhinestone Jewels and 2021-2023 In Color Opal Rounds.
Wishing you creativity always,

Hi Tammy! This is another set that I did not even think twice about! I am amazed at how you can take just about any stamp set and turn it into something so spectacular as this!!! Will you please show us how to do this type of blending with the beautiful water droplets and the speckling with the write marker? I just love it so very much!!!! You’re the greatest!!! 🥰🥰
