08.22.22…..Happy Monday, my stampin’ friends! Today, I wanted to share a card that I created for this month’s Stampin’ Fancy Friday challenge! It’s an awesome “Sketch Challenge”, designed by @papercraftbyjenniferfrost (one of our team members). Of course, you can use any stamps, images, dies, and/or punches you want…..along with your favorite cardstock, Designer Series Paper, and embellishments! How fabulous is that!?!?
I absolutely adore the Sunflower Dies, so when I saw the theme for this challenge, I knew it would be absolutely perfect!
Be sure to join us to see what our Stampin’ Fancy Friday team created. We have 23 amazing projects to share, and each using a unique “flower power” inspiration from throughout the catalog!
Then…..you create a card or project, with inspiration of your own or…..use one from our team. Share your project on IG or FB and tag us by using #stampinfancyfriday or #fancyfridaychallenges in your post.

For my card, I started with a piece of Basic White Thick Cardstock, embossed it with the Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder.
To create the sunflowers, I used Blending Brushes to add Polished Pink, Calypso Coral, and Daffodil Delight Petal to some with Basic White Thick Cardstock. I then used the Water Painter, to add some water speckles and droplets. Once the cardstock was dry, I then used my Water Painter again, along with a few drops of my White Craft Ink Refill (mixed with a tiny bit of water) to add some white speckles. (To create the speckling, I “flicked” the end of the brush against the inside edge of the brush cap, and “flicked” outward towards the cardstock.)
Once the cardstock was dry, I used the Sunflower Dies to cut out three sunflowers. After I adhered them to the dry embossed cardstock, I trimmed off the edges, and used Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere the entire panel to a Basic White Thick Cardstock base.

The sentiment (from the Happiness Abounds Stamp Set) was heat-embossed on Basic White Thick Cardstock, using my Versamark Pad and Black Stampin’ Emboss Powder. After I cut out the sentiment, I popped it up with a few Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.
To create the bow, I used White Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon (cut in half lengthwise). For a bit of bling, I sprinkled on Glossy Dots and For Everything Fancy Sequins.
Wishing you creativity always,

Tammy, this is the first time i have visited your site. What an amazing watercolorist you are! Your cards and technique are stunning! Do you have any videos showing how you water color? I have tried and mine do not turn out at all like yours. Thank you for sharing your talent with us.
