artisan design team February 2023 – enjoy the adventure memories & more…

02.25.2023…..Happy Saturday, everyone! Today, I wanted to share my February 2023 projects, as a member of the Stampin’ Up! 2023 Artisan Design Team. I was assigned the bright, colorful and trendy Enjoy the Adventure Memories & More Card Pack and the Enjoy the Adventure Memories & More Cards & Envelopes. This super fun collection of products is jam-packed with sooooo many wonderful phrases, patterns elements, and tons of inspiration! It’s absolutely perfect for journaling, memory keeping, card-making, and so much more! I hope this projects inspire you to create some wonderful creations of your own, using these Memories & More products!

For the festive “You’re the Best” card, I started with a card base from the Enjoy the Adventure Memories & More Card & Envelopes. I then used the white backing from one of the card base, embossed it with the Bricks & Mortor 3D Embossing Folder, and layered a slightly larger piece of cardstock underneath.

To create the banner, I hand cut little flags from several of the Enjoy the Adventure Memories & More Cards, and punched tiny holes in the top corners of each flag. I then threaded some Black Baker’s Twine (with a few threads pulled out) through each of the holes, popped up the flags with Stampin’ Dimensionals, and adhered the ends of the twine underneath the panel. For an extra bit of texture, I added White Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon and Black & White Gingham Ribbon (both cut in half lengthwise) to the banner.

The sentiment was hand cut from another one of the Enjoy the Adventure Memories & More Cards, and popped up with a few more Stampin’ Dimensionals. I also added a few of the stickers from the card pack (the butterfly, flower, and stem), and adhered them with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals. For a bit of bling, I sprinkled on For Everything Fancy Sequins, and added an Iridescent Rhinestone Basic Jewel in the center of the little flower.

Next up is the cute little 4″ x 4″ card…

For this card, I started with a card base from the Enjoy the Adventure Memories & More Card & Envelopes, and cut it down to a 3″ x 3″ size. I then cut down the striped card (from the Enjoy the Adventure Memories & More Card Pack), and added a little black and white border to the top and bottom…using the inside lining from one of the Enjoy the Adventures Memories & More Envelopes.

I hand cut two little flags from the Enjoy the Adventure Memories & More Cards (one with a “star” pattern and one with the “so grateful” sentiment), and popped them up with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Tucked underneath the sentiment is some White Baker’s Twine (with a few threads pulled out). I also added two little star stickers from the card pack, and adhered them with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals. For a bit of bling, I sprinkled on For Everything Fancy Sequins.

And, here is the super fun shaker card…

For this card, I used one of the cards from the Enjoy the Adventures Memories & More Card Pack, along with one of the larger dies from the Layering Circles Dies to create the “window” for the shaker card. I used a Window Sheet on the back side of the card (to cover the “window”), and added Foam Adhesive Strips around the entire back of the window (on top of the Window Sheet). Next, I carefully added For Everything Fancy Sequins, and layered some Basic White Cardstock on top of the Foam Adhesive Strips (to “seal” the “window”). I then adhered the entire panel to a Basic White Thick Cardstock card base.

The sentiment was hand cut from another one of the Enjoy the Adventure Memories & More Cards, and popped up with a few more Stampin’ Dimensionals. I also added a few of the little stickers ( the puppy and the stars) from the card pack, and adhered them with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals. To create the bow, I used White Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon and Black & White Gingham Ribbon (both cut in half lengthwise).

Wishing you creativity always,
