01.21.2024…..Happy Sunday, my stampin’ friends! I really enjoyed using the Nature’s Sweetness Suite to create three cards a couple of day ago, using some unexpected colors…..Bubble Bath, Lemon Lolly, and Pool Party. That being said, I’m now a bit obsessed with this color combo, and I decided to create some gift tags as well. Hope these cards inspire you to create some fun, colorful projects with this super versatile suite!
For each of the tags (cut out with one of the Tailor Made Tags Dies), I heat-embossed one of the images (from the Lovely & Sweet Stamp Set) a couple of times, using my Versamark Pad and White Stampin’ Emboss Powder.
To add just a subtle depth of color, I colored in each of the embossed images with the coordinating Stampin’ Blends Marker for each of the cards…..Light Bubble Bath, Light Lemon Lolly, and Light Pool Party.
I also added another tag, using Basic White Thick Cardstock, which I embossed with the Distressed Tile 3D Embossing Folder.
For the DSP tags on the bottom layer, I used Subtles 6″ x 6″ DSP and Beautiful Balloons DSP.
The sentiment (from the Notes of Nature Stamp Set) was heat-embossed on Basic Black Cardstock, using my Versamark Pad and White Stampin’ Emboss Powder.
To add some extra layers and texture, I used the Lovely & Sweet Dies and the Notes of Nature Dies to die cut some Basic White Thick Cardstock branches and tiny flowers.
To create the bow, I added White Baker’s Twine, along wth Pool Party Grosgrain Ribbon and the Sheer Ribbon Combo Pack. For a bit of bling, I sprinkled on embellishments from the Iridescent Pearl Basic Jewels, Tinsel Gems Three-Pack, and Tinsel Gems Four-Pack.
