#tgifc555 – sketch challenge…

12.12.2025…..Happy Friday, my stampin’ friends! It’s already time for another TGIF Challenge! We are so glad you are joining us for another inspiring week of creativity and fun! This week’s inspiration is a Sketch Challenge that practically dances across the page—swirling shapes flowing from the top left corner down to the bottom right. Whether you choose snowflakes, flowers, hearts, stars, or anything your imagination dreams up, this sketch is full of movement and charm. And don’t forget those cute little accents tucked into the opposite corners—they’re the perfect spot for a sweet detail or pop of sparkle! While this layout is wonderful for cards and scrapbook pages, we’d love to see what else you create… maybe a notebook cover, a framed décor piece, or even festive packaging. Let your creativity swirl right along with the sketch and show us what you make!

For this card, I started with Basic White Thick Cardstock, and adhered it to a Blueberry Bushel Carsdtock base. I then used another piece of Basic White Thick Cardstock, used a Blending Brush to add swirls of Blueberry Bushel, and embossed it with the Eyelet 3D Embossing Folder. Next, I used a third piece of Basic White Thick Cardstock, embossed it with the Eyelet 3D Embossing Folder, and tore off the bottom right edge. I layered it on top of the inked cardstock, and used Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere it to the card base.

To create the snowflakes, I used Blending Brushes to add Blueberry Bushel and Lost Lagoon to Basic White Thick Cardstock. I then used a Water Painter to splatter water droplets, and dried the cardstock with a Heat Tool. I used the Snowflake Kisses Dies to cut out different sizes of snowflakes. I then used a Water Painter, along with White Craft Ink, to add some splattering.

The sentiment (from the Snowflake Kisses Stamp Set) was heat-embossed on Basic White Thick Cardstock, using my Versamark Pad and Silver Embossing Powder. For a bit bling, I spinkled on Faceted Gems and Rhinestone Basic Jewels.

Wishing you creativity always,
