artisan design team – july 2026 – simply leaves bundle…

08.01.2026…..Happy Saturday, my stampin’ friends! I’m so excited to share my July 2026 Artisan Design Team projects, featuring the Simply Leaves Bundle! It is such a fun bundle….and just perfect for so many different occasions and projects!

For the card on the left, I used the Simple Leaf Punch to punch out leaves from Barely Blush Two-Tone Cardstock, Cloud Cover Two-Tone Cardstock, and a Silver Foil Sheet.I then embossed them one of the Seasonal Cheer Mini Embossing Folders, and distressed them with a nail buffing block. For the second card, I used Blending Brushes to add Blueberry Bushel and Lost Lagoon to Basic White Thick Cardstock. I then used a Water Painter, along with White Craft Ink, to add some splatters. After I dried the paper with a Heat Tool, I used the Simple Leaf Punch to punch out the “ornaments”.

We are also having a Simply Leaves Bundle hop over Instagram. Be sure to follow along with all our amazing artisans on today’s hop. There is lots of inspiration in store for you! You won’t want to miss a single project!

For this card, I started with some Country Woods Designer Series Paper, and adhered it to a Cloud Cover Cardstock base. I then added layers of Basic White Thick Cardstock and Barely Blush Two-Tone Cardstock, and tore of the bottom edges.

To create the leaves. I used the Simple Leaves Punch to punch out leaves from Barely Blush Two-Tone Cardstock, Cloud Cover Two-Tone Cardstock, and a Silver Foil Sheet. I then embossed them one of the Seasonal Cheer Mini Embossing Folder, and distressed them with a nail buffing block. I then added a bow, using Gray Granite 1/4″ Variegated Trim (cut in half lengthwise).

Next, I cut out a circle from Basic White Thick Cardstock, using one of the Scalloped Blooms Dies. After I used a Blending Brush to lightly add Coastal Cabana to the center of the circle, I adhere it to the center of the card. The sentiment (from the Simple Leaves Stamp Set), was heat-embossed on Basic White Thick Cardstock, using my Versamark Pad and Silver Embossing Powder. For a bit of bling, I sprinkled on 2026-2028 In Color Dots and Iridescent Pearl Basic Jewels.

For the second card, I started with some Basic White Thick Cardstock, embossing it with the Swirls of Magic Embossing Folder, and adhered it to Blueberry Bushel Cardstock base.

I then used Blending Brushes to add Blueberry Bushel and Lost Lagoon to Basic White Thick Cardstock. Next, I used a Water Painter to splatter water droplets, and then used White Craft Ink, to add more splatters. After I dried the paper with a Heat Tool, I used the Simple Leaf Punch to punch out the “ornaments”. To create the ornament “toppers”, I punch out the leaves from a Silver Foil Sheet, distressed it with a nail buffing block, and used one of the Scalloped Blooms Dies to create the scalloped edge.

To “hang” the ornaments, I used White Baker’s Twine, with the threads pulled apart. The sentiment (from the Simple Leaves Stamp Set), was heat-embossed on Basic White Thick Cardstock, using my Versamark Pad and Silver Embossing Powder. For a bit of bling, I sprinkled on Pearls of Beauty and Sunset Sparkle Sequins.

Wishing you creativity always,
