grateful for you…

08.04.2026…..Happy Tuesday, my stampin’ friends! When it’s 100 degrees outside, and you want to make a fall card, but your not feeling the traditional fall vibes yet…..you make a fall card with a pastel color combo! To create this card, I used the new Elegant Leaves Bundle (available to customers beginning September 1st) along with Barely Blush and Petal Pink. Today, Hope this card inspires you to create some fall cards or projects with an unexpected color palette!

For this card, I started with Basic White Thick Cardstock, and adhered it to a Barely Blush Cardstock Base. Next, I embossed some Basic White Thick Cardstock with the Textured Tree Ring 3D Embossing Folder, and used Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere it to the card base.

To create the leaves, I used a Water Painter to add Barely Blush and Petal Pink to Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper. After I dried the paper with a Heat Tool, I used the Elegant Leaves Dies to cut out the leaves. For the detailed layer on top, I used the Elegant Leaves Dies again, along with Basic White Thick Cardstock.

The sentiment (from the Elegant Leaves Stamp Set) was heat-embossed on Basic White Thick Cardstock, using my Versamark Pad and Gold Embossing Powder. To create the bow, I used Barely Blush 3/8″ Bordered Ribbon, cut in half lengthwise. For a bit of bling, I sprinkled on Pearlized Faceted Circles, and Pearls of Beauty.

Wishing you creativity always,
