07.25.2021…..Happy Sunday, everyone! I can’t believe that July has almost come to a close! And…..it’s already time for another Stamping Sunday Blog Hop! For this Sunday’s hop, we are featuring projects created with one of the suites from the Stampin’ Up! 2021-2022 Annual Catalog! For my little notecards and gift box, I used the wonderful Sweet Symmetry Suite, along with a few additional dies for the tags and borders. Hope you enjoy these quick and colorful projects!
For each of the 3′ x 3″ notecards, I used Crumb Cake Cardstock. I then added some Sweet Symmetry Designer Series Paper. Tucked along the bottom edge is Basic White scalloped border, created with one of the Scalloped Contour Dies.
The sentiments (from the In Symmetry Bundle) were heat-embossed with my Versamark Pad and White Stampin’ Emboss Powder, on Night of Navy Cardstock and Calypso Coral Cardstock. I cut them out with the Tasteful Labels Dies and Tailor Made Tags Dies. I also added a Linen Thread bow, and popped them up with a few Stampin’ Dimensionals.
For the Acetate Card Box, I created a band around the box, using a strip of Sweet Symmetry DSP. Tucked underneath the heat-embossed tag, is a Basic White label (cut out with one of the Tasteful Labels Dies), and embossed with the Tasteful Textile 3D Embossing Folder.
I used the Symmetrical Stems Border Punch (from the In Symmetry Bundle) to cut out two stems from a another bit of Sweet Symmetry DSP. To create the bow, I used Linen Thread and Flirty Flamingo Gold Metallic Ribbon (cut in half vertically). For a bit of bling, I sprinkled on a couple of Gilded Gems and an Artistry Blooms Adhesive-Backed Sequin.
Wishing you creativity always,

Thank you bunches! the 3″ x 3″ cards are a great way to use up small scraps and elements that you have leftover from other projects. 🙂
