11.13.2021…..Happy Saturday, my stampin’ friends! Today, I wanted to share a card that I created with the products from the new Heart & Home Suite. This wonderful, eclectic collection of stamp sets, dies, paper, and accessories will be available for customers in the upcoming Stampin’ Up! January – June 2022 Mini Catalog! It is such an gorgeous collection of products, and once your get them in your hands, I’m sure it’s going to inspire you to create some fun, handmade projects for friends, family, and co-workers!
For this card, I started with a 4-/14″ x 5-1/2″ piece of the Heart & Home Designer Series Paper. I then used the Banners Pick A Punch, to cut out five little flags, from additional pieces of the Heart & Home DSP. Before I popped the banners up with some Stampin’ Dimensionals, I punched tiny holes in the top corner of each flag and add some Linen Thread. On the top and bottom corners on the left side of the card, I added some Round Brads (sanded lightly with a nail buffing block). I then adhered the entire panel to a Basic White Thick Cardstock base.
The sentiment (from the Blessings of Home Bundle) was heat-embossed on Black Cardstock, using my Versamark Pad and White Stampin’ Emboss Powder. After I cut apart the sentiment, I popped it up with a few Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals. To create the little branches, I used Garden Green Cardstock, along with dies from the Blessings of Home Bundle). For an extra bit of texture, I add little pieces of of the following ribbon (all cut in half vertically)…..Denim Ribbon, Black & White Gingham Ribbon, and Very Vanilla Lace Trim. For just a subtle touch of bling, I sprinkled on a few of the Loose Flower Flourishes.
